DONE DEAL: Chelsea finally completes the signing of Kai Havertz replacement Nicolas Jackson.

If you think Chelsea might be going downhill as the fact that they have sold Kai Havertz, then you need to think again as they just signed someone better.

The Senegal international has signed an eight-year contract in a £30m move from Spain.

Jackson was part of his country’s World Cup campaign last year.

The 22-year-old scored 13 goals in 38 appearances for the La Liga side last season, including nine in the final eight league games.

He is a young player with big potential,” said co-sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley.
