Confirmed Chelsea team news against Leicester; Potter could be without nine injured players.
Several Chelsea players have been injured in this recent Chelsea matches and this has left 9 players almost not going to play for Chelsea against Leicester City and not just that they may not be playing for the coming week
Among these players are notable names whose return to the team saw Chelsea winning matches again and doing well.
This is evident with Raheem sterling as he rejoined and started winning matches for Chelsea again no sooner he joined.
Ahead of the game, the 47-year-old admitted: “We’re in this to compete and the whole point of everything is to win. That’s not to say you can do it all of the time but absolutely it’s better if you win, that’s a fact. I’d be amazed if somebody says ‘no, it’s better when you lose’.
“You have to see the defeats sometimes as an opportunity to improve, and the tough times and the bad times are a chance for you to really grow as a person, as a club, as a team, but at the same time winning is better than losing.”
As they head to the Midlands, which the squad did on Friday afternoon as they made the short flight, they could be without up to nine first-team players through injury.
