Chelsea boss Frank Lampard admits Ben Chilwell’s season could be over.

The defender suffered a hamstring in victory at Bournemouth.

Lampard said: “[It’s his] Hamstring.

“We don’t know [if it’s serious], but with a hamstring at this point of the season, it’s a worry for the remaining games.”
