Arsenal have stepped in to rival Chelsea for their prime target Brighton Midfielder Caicedo and its not looking nice

Arsenal remain interested in Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

The Ecuador international is ready to leave the Seagulls and is the subject of talks with Chelsea.

However, Football.London says Arsenal remain keen on the youngster.

The Gunners failed with an offer of £80m for Caicedo, who had a transfer request denied at the time.

Caicedo has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea in the summer. But Brighton’s £100m asking price is a mark Chelsea are refusing to meet.

As such Arsenal, remain involved and are weighing up making an offer of their own.
