Chelsea have announced the departure of fullback Abdul Baba Rahman.
The Ghana international has left Chelsea for PAOK in Greece in a permanent deal.
“We wish Baba well as he begins the next chapter of his career,” read a Chelsea statement after his move was completed.
Baba Rahman spent eight years on the books at Chelsea.
The defender arrived in 2015 from Augsburg for £14m.
