Speaking after the latter game, he named Kai Havertz as Chelsea’s best player over the two games, and pointed out that even though we’re missing a number 9, we’re alright while Havertz is playing like this.

That’s absolutely right – but let’s not forget the many preceding games where Havertz was really struggling up top. It hasn’t been plain sailing to get here.
